Fed up by the process Mr & Mrs B contacted GPC for help. We sourced a 3-bed detached house, which was completely off-market, in a most sought after road in Hendon, North West London.
Mr and Mrs B told us exactly what was on their checklist for their dream home so we had a look through the archives and called an old client who we knew had some houses in that particular area. It was fortuitous timing as the vendor was about to sell a couple in his portfolio to fund a new project. Although this particular house was not on the list to be sold we asked if he would allow a one-off viewing. One viewing, one offer and one hand shake later the house was secured. The house had potential for a garage conversion, side & rear extension. Bought for £1m, the buyers were delighted they had exclusive access to a house that would not have otherwise been marketed, saving them from competing with other buyers and no chance of the seller pulling out.
